People who meditate regularly have less need for the approval of others, they feel their own worth within themselves and take everything less seriously…
There are all kinds of techniques that will help you to experience meditation. In the courses of Inner Nature you will learn, among other things, active techniques designed by Osho, especially for people of this time. In addition, silent meditations that have their origin in Buddhism or Zen are also practised. If you opt for individual coaching in relaxation and meditation, you will mainly learn mindfulness techniques and relaxation exercises.
