A workshop to get in touch again with your natural, calm center.

Not only the earth is warming up, we people are also getting more and more heated and out of balance in these chaotic times. We try to find our way in this and cope with the changes and dangers that lie ahead as best as we can.
However, our energy is usually centered in the head, while the natural center lies in the belly, in the middle of the body. There, deep inside, calmness and peace are already present within us.
In this workshop you descend down to this center. If you are in touch with it, you won’t get so easily off balance.
We will practice exercises and meditations which will help you to move from thinking to feeling to being – from the head, through the heart to the belly.
First we will explore the mind, the head center, and do exercises and meditations that will make you more aware of the mind and help you to create some distance, so you can be out of it sometimes, if you want, you can be out of it.
Then we descend to the heart center, which is located halfway and can therefore function like a bridge. We will do exercises and meditations that will help you feel the peaceful and loving energy of the heart.
Finally, we will descend even deeper… to the belly, the hara, the center where you are naturally calm, in harmony with yourself and existence.
