Witnessing, the key to our true, natural self
Sunday October 29, 10 am to 5 pm
The theme of this day is witnessing, which is the very essence of meditation. It opens the door to our true, natural self, our original being which is part of the universal consciousness. Witnessing simply means being aware of whatever is going on, inside and outside, without identifying with anything that is passing by.
The meditations we will do help you to experience this witnessing. We will practice several kinds of meditation techniques: active Osho meditations, a silent meditation and a guided meditation in which you just relax and let yourself be guided. Practicing multiple meditations a day – of course with adequate rest pauses in between – is deepening, refreshing and relaxing.
This day is suitable both for beginners and for experienced meditators. For beginners it is a good acquaintance with different meditation techniques.
English and Dutch speakers are welcome.
Coffee and tea will be available. Lunch you can either take with you or you can get something in the neighbourhood.
Please wear loose clothing and socks or slippers or take these with you.
Costs: € 60
