I am just back from a meditation day led by Sonar and take immediately a moment to tell my joy after this special day. Sonar let us discover several types of meditations, still or in movement. Sitting, lying or standing. In a cosy, quiet and safe atmosphere. With an harmonious mix of silence and quietness, and dance and laughters. We had all the time to get in touch with ourselves, finding inner peace and stillness with the different tools that Sonar gave. I come back home with the desire to practice and go on.
